Email and Social Media Designer

American Consumer Shows (ACS) is the premier event management company in the home improvement,  bridal and flower & garden industries.  We are seeking a creative, passionate and hardworking Email Designer & Developer.  The designer will work on a variety of creative, including paid social media posts, email design, website assets, animated ads, video ads, and marketing materials.  The candidate must work with a sense of urgency, be highly organized and results-oriented.  Must possess the ability to assume total ownership for an assigned task from concept through design, development, and implementation.  Must be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects.

• Collaborate with the creative director to help move projects from vision, to execution, to launch
• Conceptualize, develop and design email marketing campaigns
• Conceptualize, develop and design social media campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing of paid digital advertisements
• Pioneer the company’s video ad strategy and execution

Skills/Qualifications:

• Advanced HTML, Responsive and CSS hand-coding skills (proficient in table-based email templates)
• Working knowledge of Photoshop (ability to slice images)
• Advanced knowledge of email best practices and rendering consistency across all desktop and mobile platforms
• Detail-oriented and having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 4-year bachelor's degree, concentration in Graphic Arts required
• 2 years of related work experience
• Retail /storytelling experience a plus
• Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented
• Personable, creative, and able to take direction and run with it
• Ability to communicate with team members of all levels
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment

Position Type:  Fulltime, employee                                                     

Salary - $45,000 DOE
