Our Long Island location in Syosset, NY has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Accounting department.
The Administrative Assistant will support the Accounting department with a variety of responsibilities spanning invoicing, data entry, payment posting, customer communications and more.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strict attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. He or she must be very focused and enjoy working with data and numbers. The candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively when needed.
